SCO’s patent-infringement lawsuit against IBM, Novell, RedHat and others has been garnering headlines for close to a year now. Gorklaw is dedicated to the SCO suite. There you will find references to articles from leading IT publications, legal info. on the case, and a whole lot of commentary from the open source community. Open source issues in general are also referenced widely.
